1 of 3 things, bug wasn't fixed, different bug, or target died before the 1/4th a second was done casting.

yeah one of three things. That one thing is they didnt fix the bug. I dont know of any other bug where "infuse executed without healing the target." Its kinda straightforward, yet not true. Kind of like when they said they fixed the attack speed cap last year but didnt actually fix it until a few months ago.

Izzy mentioned something about these kind of things recently.

He said that sometimes something is placed in the update notes, but the code doesnt get pushed into the live server (Look up Spirits being affected by wards).

It does happen. Its a bug. Just send them a support an angry letter.

I never said it was a conspiracy. I know of other such update notes that didn't work (attack speed cap anyone?)

All I was saying is that if they're gonna post something on the update notes, at least make sure they've actually fixed it first. I hate being told something, and it turns out not true (which is by definition a lie).
